In this introductory lecture, Lee imparts the foundational principles of Design Your Mind - that when we try to design our external worlds it can often lead us to feeling powerless, however when we focus on designing our internal states and ways of seeing the world, we become infinitely powerful beings.

Mindfulness and awareness of the present moment is a big part of this practice, and in this lecture Lee brings us through an awareness exercise to tune into our external and internal environments, all in the context of the mind being the command centre for the flow of energy and information within your brain, body and also your communities.

After this first lecture, you’ll be able to tune into what it means to sober up an overly active mind, and will start to activate a much more empowered sense of self.
